Support

How to reach us

• In the game: «More → Help → Support» — the team sees your message at once.
• On our Discord: the «Discord» button in the game and at the bottom of this page — the fastest way.
• By email — the address at the bottom of the page (if given).

Reporting a player or a message

• A message in World or clan chat: tap the ⚑ icon next to the name and choose «Report this message» — or «Block player».
• Private messages: «Report» and «Block player» above the conversation.
• «About me»: on the player card (the «i» icon) — «Report «About me»». A clan name or crest: on the clan card.
• A moderator reviews the report, usually within 24 hours, and acts on the offender: removes the message, mutes or bans.

Delete your account

• Open «More → Settings → Delete account», enter your password and your nickname. The account and its data are deleted at once.
• Cannot sign in? Write to us on Discord or by email — we will delete it after checking the account is yours.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in screen tap «Forgot password?» — a link to set a new password is sent to the account email.

The privacy policy and the terms of use (with the community rules) are open without signing in: links in the footer of the start page and in «Settings».
