Donation rules

1. What you buy

• Only virtual goods and services are sold for money in the Game: hero looks, game items and other in-game features (the «Goods»).
• Goods exist only inside the Game, are not money or property, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be taken outside the Game.
• Goods belong to the account they were bought on.

2. Payment and delivery

• Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Goods are delivered in the Game right after the payment is confirmed. From that moment the service is considered fully provided.
• The price is shown before payment. We may change prices and the range of Goods; this does not affect purchases already paid for.

3. Refunds

• Money paid for Goods is not refunded: Goods are delivered at once and cannot be «returned» once used.
• Exceptions are cases expressly required by law and mistakes on our side: you paid but the Goods were not delivered, or you were charged twice. Write to us within 14 days of the payment with your hero name, the date and the amount, and we will deliver the Goods or refund the money.
• If your bank reverses a payment at your request (refund or dispute — chargeback), the Goods delivered for it are removed from the Game.

4. Account bans

If an account is banned for breaking the Game rules (cheats, bots, fraud, abuse, selling accounts), the cost of purchased Goods is not refunded.

5. Minors

If you are under 18, make purchases only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

6. Contact

7. Changes

We may update these rules. The date of the latest version is shown at the top; a purchase is governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
